Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Vita Source reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Vita Source. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 5:00PM Central Time Zone, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Privacy on Other Web Sites
All products carry a 30 day money back guarantee on sealed units not opened. If you need to return, contact the customer service number below and request a RMA number prior to returning. We cannot refund any package received without a RMA number and copy of original invoice. We do not credit the initial shipping cost and will credit the amount of the product within 3 business days from date return was received in our offices. We also accepts exchanges within the same 30 day period if the products are sealed and at same value as original purchase. If you need to exchange, please contact customer service for a RMA number prior to returning. All exchange shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. If you receive a product not ordered or in error, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving. You will need to request a RMA number and will be requested to return the entire original package with the original box and UPS label. If you receive a error package, We will credit back your ship costs to return on your next order and ship the correct package back to the address listed on the invoice at no charge the same business day received. We do not credit back any shipping charges for refused packages. If you miss your delivery and package is returned to us, we will need to collect a second shipping fee to match original ship cost.

When will my item(s) ship?
We ship most orders within 1-3 business days after receiving payment.
How will my item(s) be shipped?
Your item will ship either USPS or FedEx. Orders outside the USA will shipped with either USPS Global Priority Mail or FedEx
How long will it take to get my item(s)?
If you are in the USA- typically 3-7 business days. Outside the USA may take several weeks.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards and PayPal. You can also pay with your checking account through PayPal.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes- If it is the checkout list of countries, we can ship there.
Do I have to pay tax/import duties/VAT on my shipment?
Yes- this is not controlled by us- but is a function of buying internationally. Please note their may be a delay with customs, however we will work with customs in your country to get the package to you.
Is everything on your website in stock?
Our inventory is updated hourly, but sometimes mistakes do happen. If you see it on our website then 99% of the time it is in stock.
Do you offer expedited shipping- FedEx Express?
Yes- in the US- you can pick this option in checkout.
Will you mark my item as a gift so I can save on taxes in my country?
No- never. this is illegal.
Will you ship via UPS or other ways that are not listed on your website?
Sorry- we only ship via the methods listed in checkout.
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
